Brisbane metal-punk heavyweights Dreamkillers take the stage at Necrosonic Festival 2026 with a special one-off set, performing their first two EPs - Poison in the Soup (1992) and Carnival of Skin (1993) - back to back, in full.

Forged in Brisbane’s underground in the early ’90s, these releases captured Dreamkillers at their most raw and confrontational, blending hardcore urgency with crushing metal weight. Tracks like On the Night, Living, Breathing Mistake, Fight On and Half-A-Man helped define an era of Australian metal-punk - aggressive, unfiltered, and unapologetically real.

This headline set is a celebration of the band’s formative era, revisiting the songs that laid the foundation for everything that followed. Performed with respect for their original intent - loud, abrasive, and uncompromising - this is a rare chance to experience two landmark EPs as they were meant to be heard.
