Beanflipper emerged from the gritty, early 90's Melbourne underground as a unique hybrid of styles. From the intensity of punk/metal to the groove of Stoner Rock/Funk.

Their manic live performances attracted a broadly diverse fan base, as well earning them supports for international acts the likes of Fear Factory and grindcore legends Napalm Death. After releasing only a handful of studio recordings; Total Dysfunctional Collapse, the Rodent Ulcer EP and Garden Variety Manic Depressant, Beanflipper parted ways in 1998.

Now, in 2025 Beanflipper have been exhumed to help us all celebrate the 30th birthday of their, independently self produced, debut album Total Dysfunctional Collapse
